Job summary

Mead & Hunt is seeking a Structural Engineering Supervisor to lead structural design projects for bridges and other transportation structures. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• PE license or ability to obtain Maryland license within 6 months of hire.
• Certification in Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for various transportation structures.
• Supervise and mentor staff within the structural group.
• Prepare and review designs, specifications, and technical proposals.
