Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in operations/logistics/transportation environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and cost drivers.
• Advanced data analysis and trend interpretation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation strategic planning including forecasting, budgeting, capacity modeling.
• Own transportation reporting: labor, headcount, service metrics, and cost performance.
• Provide in-depth P&L variance analysis and data-driven insights.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, service, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Transportation leadership to remove barriers and improve performance.
• Travel up to 25%.
