Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Windsor Locks, CT seeks a Transportation Process Quality Manager to drive analytical, financial, and strategic planning for the transportation network. You will partner with Transportation, Operations and HR leadership to improve cost and service performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5+ years operations/logistics/transportation experience preferred.
Strong understanding of P&L and cost drivers.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Lead transportation strategic planning including forecasting, budgeting, peak/holiday planning, and capacity modeling.
Own transportation reporting: labor, headcount, service metrics, cost performance.
Provide in-depth P&L variance analysis and data-driven insights.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, service and efficiency.
Develop KPI scorecards; analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Travel up to 25%.
