Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office.

• WMS systems knowledge.

• Professional work experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform freight tendering/carrier selection (with use of routing guide).
• Monitor carrier performance and compliance issues.
• Perform data entry, complete track, and trace duties.
• Provide freight pay and claims resolution.
• Extensive interaction with customers.
