GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist in New Jersey to support daily freight tendering and carrier management.
The role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate data entry, track and trace duties, and resolving freight pay issues to deliver a superior customer experience. You will engage with internal teams and carriers, manage routing guides, and help maintain service levels in a dynamic global logistics environment.

As the Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking loads for all modes of transportation, while delivering a positive experience to our customers. The hourly pay rate for this is $24. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate and this rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New Jersey. This rate may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for hourly shift differential. Perform freight tendering/carrier selection (with use of routing guide)
Monitor carrier performance and compliance issues
Perform data entry, complete track, and trace duties
Provide freight pay and claims resolution
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Experience with Microsoft Office
It’d be great if you also have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional work experience
The ability to work several sides of an issue to achieve resolution, including carrier, supplier, freight pay and internal customers
