Job summary

UniGroup is seeking a Transportation Specialist to plan and dispatch shipments, track orders from origin to delivery, and collaborate with agents, drivers, customers, and carriers to ensure on-time, high-quality service. This on-site role supports a fast-paced logistics network.

You will balance capacity, cost, and service, negotiate with carriers, monitor shipments, and drive continuous improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in real time.
• Clear and effective communication across a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Transportation Specialist plays a critical role in keeping UniGroups transportation network running efficiently. In this role, you will plan and dispatch shipments, track orders from origin to delivery, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality service.

This is a fast-paced, problem-solving role where you'll balance priorities like capacity, cost, and service to keep operations moving. If you enjoy thinking on your feet, solving logistical challenges, and working with a variety of partners, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on day-to-day operations.
