Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Site Lead to coordinate customer supply chain operations, ensuring efficient execution of transportation plans and clear supplier communication across the site.

You will monitor shipment data, schedule transportation, manage reporting functions, and support customer relationships while collaborating with internal teams, carriers, and clients to optimize supply chain performance on a national scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or customer service.
• 1–2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel); excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
• Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
• Follow ISO-9001 quality standards to ensure processes and reporting meet compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer & Supplier Coordination – Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
• Transportation Planning & Scheduling – Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
• Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution – Manage communications regarding missed appointments, shipment refusals, and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintain and update company and client databases, tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
• Compliance & Process Improvement – Follow ISO-9001 quality standards, ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
• Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) – Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.

Requirements

• Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or customer service.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.

• Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot scheduling issues, and adapt to changing priorities.
