Job summary

VMD Corp, an Xcelerate Solutions company, is seeking a Transportation Security Officer at Great Falls International Airport to help protect travelers by screening passengers and baggage and by maintaining a secure airport environment.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided, with a possible 2-week training session in Georgia or another approved location. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to work any shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Must possess customer service skills.
• Pass a computerized assessment (pattern recognition and spatial reasoning).
• Pass a medical evaluation (vision, hearing, joint mobility).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Pass TSA background and financial records check.
• Ability to work any day, all shifts (12:00 AM–11:59 PM).
• Minimum Clearance to Start: Public Trust.

What you will do

Grow in a fulfilling career as a Transportation Security Officer at the Great Falls International Airport (GTF) working alongside a team of aviation security professionals. You will use your outstanding customer service and critical-thinking skills while ensuring passenger safety by identifying and preventing unsafe objects from entering onto aircraft.

What you will need

• Be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
• Be proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
• Must possess customer service skills
• Pass a computerized assessment (pattern recognition and 2D/3D spatial reasoning)
• Pass a medical evaluation (vision, hearing, and joint mobility exam)
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Pass a TSA background and financial records check
• Ability to work any day, Monday – Sunday, and any shift between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM
• Minimum Clearance to Start: Public Trust

Competitive Compensation - $22.00 an hour

Training

• No prior experience is necessary.
• Receive on-the-job training and, if applicable, travel accommodations for a 2-week training session in Georgia to become a certified officer.
