Job summary

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee all personnel management for drivers and aides and to develop and implement ongoing safety and training programs aligned with company goals.

The role requires a NYS Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements, plus 5 years of supervisory experience in transportation. Strong communication and PC skills are essential, with coordination across HR, Fleet Operations, and safety committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
• 5 years supervisory experience in a transportation environment
• Basic proficiency with a PC and demonstrated communication skills
• NYS Class B CDL Driver's License with passenger and air brake endorsements

Responsibilities

• Screening, interviewing, and hiring of drivers and escorts in cooperation with HR
• Organize and oversee Article 19A Program procedures
• Supervise CPT staff LITMOS program trainings and compliance
• Maintain Driver and Escort files and assist with disciplinary hearings
• Coordinate accident investigations and maintain accident database
• Develop and conduct training programs including Pre-Service Orientation and safety training
• Attend Incident Review and Safety Committee Meetings
• Participate in Evening/Weekend On-Call Rotation
• Perform all other duties as assigned
