Job summary

A leading retail cooperative in New Jersey is seeking a professional in the Transportation Safety Department to manage compliance and safety initiatives. This role includes monitoring driver safety performance, conducting accident investigations, and ensuring adherence to U.S. DOT regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years of supervisory experience in Transportation Safety. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in Transportation Safety & Compliance.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA Rules and Regulations, CSA and HOS.
• CSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage driver safety performance such as HOS compliance.
• Accident investigation and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by actively monitoring driver's license status.
