Dynamic Transit Company in the St. Louis area seeks a Safety Coordinator to safeguard drivers and equipment through DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety program administration.

You will promote a safety culture, document incidents, coordinate with insurance, and maintain records while working on-site within the fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations and transportation safety compliance.
• Must be safety-minded and committed to leading a Safety First culture.
• Transportation or trucking industry experience is required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Dynamic Transit is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Coordinator to support our fleet operations transporting freight across the lower 48 states. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations while promoting a strong company-wide “Safety First” culture. The ideal candidate understands that safety is not just a requirement — it is a core operational priority that protects our drivers, customers, and company.

Pay is based on experience.

Position is on-site only: Applicant MUST reside in the St. Louis area to be considered for the position
