Responsibilities

• Manage the Implementation and Technology Transfer Program and oversee related Planning, Programming, and Policy research initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation projects with NCDOT staff and monitor benefits from research initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and evaluations of cooperative agreement studies and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the R&D manager to review and update policies and work manuals; support annual R&D work program.
