You will coordinate with project managers, field crews, CAD staff, subconsultants, and client contacts to deliver accurate, design-ready products per scope, schedule, and budget.

We do not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must have work authorization in the U.S. Professional Surveyor registration in Ohio is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Ohio Professional Surveyor registration preferred; SI/LSIT may be considered with experience.
• ODOT/State DOT transportation project experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of survey methods, boundary, CADD standards, and right-of-way mapping.
• Willingness to travel, strong communication, and QA/QC discipline.

Aufgaben

• Lead survey tasks and project phases from scoping to final delivery.
• Coordinate survey limits, technical requirements, staffing, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop survey approaches for roadway, bridge, and related projects.
• Plan control networks, GNSS, traverses, leveling, and field surveys.
• Oversee right-of-way research and basemap production.
• Coordinate right-of-way plans, legal descriptions, and parcel exhibits.
• Integrate diverse geospatial data into cohesive deliverables.
• Maintain QA/QC plans and perform checks on deliverables.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks and changes to stakeholders.
