Some travel is required and you will work within a close-knit team backed by a large company.

Qualifikationen

• Civil engineering or construction management degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of project scheduling experience.
• Primavera P6 experience required.
• Knowledge of baseline, progress, recovered schedules and critical path.
• Experience with claim and time impact analysis.
• Ability to multi-task in large teams and solve complex problems.
• Some travel required.

• Develops a baseline schedule with project management, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Uses scheduling software to load resources, costs and sequencing information.
• Coordinates project controls and assesses schedule risk.
• Analyses changes to schedule and impact on cost and timeline.
• Ensures change orders and delays are documented and reviewed.
• Communicates schedule impacts to the project team.
• Leads scheduling meetings and prepares weekly/monthly reports.
• Works with accounting to forecast and manage the project budget.
• Performs what-if analyses and contingency planning.
