The Walsh Group, Ltd. in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Project Manager for our Transportation Division (Virginia Beach and Yorktown).

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive project controls, scheduling, cost management, and client relationships to deliver complex infrastructure projects. You will own start-up through close-out, develop staffing and recruitment strategies, resolve contractual issues, and ensure safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in managing construction teams and client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relocation may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for scope, costs, scheduling, engineering and personnel.
• Lead project startup, execution, and close-out processes.
• Develop personnel development and recruiting strategies.
• Manage contractual issues and establish customer relationships.
• Forecast costs for project completion with accuracy.
• Lead and develop the project team; resolve problems at the final say.
• Create and implement QA/QC plans and safety coordination.
