Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver construction projects.
• Actively participate in design and execution of project safety and quality control activities.
• Assume responsibility for project staffing and budgetary controls.
• Assist in bid package development, pre-qualification activities, and budget preparation.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate answers to RFIs.
• Analyze risk and define schedule-related issues, including long lead materials or equipment impacting cash flow.
• Maintain relationships with customers.
• Analyze and present project delivery approaches and facilitate implementation.
• Oversee project close-out and claim resolution.
