Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Transportation Engineering Project Manager to lead roadway design and manage multi-disciplinary teams on municipal, DOT, and private development projects across Ohio.

Based in Toledo with a hybrid schedule, this role combines technical design, project leadership, and client relationship management to deliver quality, on-time solutions while growing the regional transportation practice.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of roadway design experience.
PE license in Ohio (required; other states a plus).
Experience with ODOT plans and Highway Occupancy Permit processes.
Strong business development and project management skills.

Mansioni

Lead design and plan production for transportation improvement projects.
Manage projects from planning through final design, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop transportation geometry, grading, drainage, and construction plans.
Prepare engineering calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and reports.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Support scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and proposal development.
Serve as primary client contact and nurture long-term relationships.
Mentor junior engineers and designers.
