Civil and Environmental Consultants (CEC) in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a Transportation Engineering Project Manager. You will lead roadway design and plan production, manage projects from planning through final design, and supervise a multidisciplinary team to deliver municipal, DOT, and private development work.

The role combines technical design with client management and business development. Candidates should have a PE license in Ohio, 10+ years in roadway design, and experience with ODOT

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of roadway design experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MicroStation/InRoads or similar software.
• Experience with ODOT plan prep and HOP processes.
• Ohio PE license is required; multi-state registration is a plus.
• Strong business development, project management, and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Lead design and plan production for transportation improvement projects.
• Manage projects from planning through final design, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop transportation geometry, grading, drainage, and construction plans.
• Prepare calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and proposals.
• Serve as main client contact and strengthen relationships.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Contribute to growth of the transportation practice across Ohio.
