Position Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage transportation, structures, and roadway projects using alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build, P3, CMGC, PDB, and IPD.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor project teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in transportation, with a focus on alternative delivery methods.
• Design experience on alternative delivery or design-build projects.
• Proven success in managing large-scale transportation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Design-Build, P3, CMGC, PDB, and/or IPD methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• PE license preferred.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 7-12 years of professional experience.
• Relevant professional certifications preferred.
