Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years (6 preferred) managing projects from conception through completion.
  • Ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, teams, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality work within scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
  • Manage project execution, including scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and resource coordination across concurrent assignments.
  • Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for project deliverables such as plans, reports, calculations, specifications, estimates, and other technical documents.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary team members, subconsultants, clients, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain trusted client and stakeholder relationships through responsive communication and sound judgment.
  • Support business development and pursuit activities including scope development, proposals, qualifications, interviews, and teaming.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, designers, analysts, and staff through direction and professional development.
  • Demonstrate accountability for deadlines, team productivity, responsiveness, quality, and financial stewardship.
  • Provide strategic leadership for major transportation programs, including schematics and complex roadway solutions.
  • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary roadway, drainage, traffic, structures, and utility teams.
  • Oversee constructability reviews, risk management, and technical issue resolution.
  • Represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and community outreach events.
  • Lead transportation pursuits, pricing strategies, and client interviews.

  • Build and maintain trusted client and stakeholder relationships through responsive communication, sound judgment, and solution-oriented problem solving.
  • Support business development and pursuit activities, including scope development, proposals, qualifications, interviews, teaming, and other client development efforts as applicable.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, designers, analysts, and other technical staff through day-to-day direction, feedback, and professional development support.
  • Demonstrate accountability for recurring responsibilities, deadlines, team productivity, responsiveness, quality, and financial stewardship while fostering strong working relationships.
  • Provide strategic leadership for major transportation programs, including schematics, and complex roadway solutions.
  • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary roadway, drainage, traffic, structures, and utility teams.
