Qualifications

• Supervise professional and technical staff providing engineering support.
• Interpret and apply policy to meet program objectives; allocate staff and resources.
• Communicate with internal and external partners, agencies, consultants, and contractors.
• Review and approve engineering reports; evaluate manuals, specs, and policies.
