Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Oversee project startup, completion and close-out.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Manage contractual issues and customer relationships.
• Forecast costs for project completion.
• Lead and develop the project team.
• Resolve problems and approve schedules and financials.
• Ensure QA/QC plans and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
