• 7+ years of experience in construction/project management.
• Experience in managing construction teams and client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Project startup, completion, and close-out processes.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting; manage contractual issues.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and ensure cost forecasting accuracy.
• Lead project teams and resolve issues; ensure safety and QA/QC plans.
