Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction/large-scale projects.
• Experience in managing construction teams and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project controls: costs, planning, scheduling, and personnel management.
• Oversee project startup through close-out and ensure profitable outcomes.
• Develop and mentor project team; enforce safety and quality standards.
• Manage contractual issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Forecast costs and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals; resolve issues with Program Manager.
