Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks a senior commercial product leader to develop and execute strategies for transportation products, across physical, same-day, and alternate delivery models. You will align marketing, pricing, and operations with customer insights to drive growth.

You will perform rigorous data analysis, lead cross-functional launches, and coach team members while shaping product roadmaps and market expansions. Hybrid work in Memphis or Pittsburgh is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Five (5) years of experience in product management, market analysis or research; advanced degrees may offset experience.
A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Responsibilities

Translates customer insights and VoC into marketing, sales, and positioning strategies to drive growth.
Designs and leads VoC initiatives to understand delivery expectations and friction points.
Leads market, economic, and competitive evaluations to assess product performance and costs.
Conducts fact-based data analysis and builds models to evaluate delivery pricing strategies.
Identifies and prioritizes new delivery product offerings and geographic expansions.
