The role focuses on delivering financial plans, leading a capable team, and driving continuous improvement within Tyson’s transportation network. The position requires a BS degree in Logistics or related field and 3+ years in transportation

Qualifications

• BS degree in Logistics, Transportation, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation procurement or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain systems.
• Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication.

• Collaborate on strategic plans to provide Tyson with competitive advantage.
• Promote and support tech and automation initiatives to improve product movement.
• Develop relationships with internal and external partners across plants, drayage, cross-dock, and storage.
• Lead the team to meet service and financial goals and manage risk.
