We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Transportation Process Integration Manager to join our Team!

Locations include Turnhout, Beerse, Belgium; Latina, Italy; Titusville, NJ, USA; and other EMEA locations. Requisition numbers vary per location.

This onsite/hybrid position will be based in Titusville, New Jersey, with potential for other locations.

Transcend is a Global Business Transformation Program aimed at modernizing our transactional processes into a unified ERP platform to support growth and efficiency. This role focuses on the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) – Transportation process, ensuring standardization and innovation of core business processes, partnering cross-functionally, and supporting the deployment phases including organizational change and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead logistics transportation process mapping for supply chain growth and solution design.
2. Collaborate with business teams to map process steps and design strategies.
3. Support the design and adoption of global logistics templates and standardization efforts.
4. Act as a change champion, maintaining process knowledge and documentation.
5. Drive strategy updates, process flow maps, and testing during project phases.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred in engineering, supply chain, or related fields.
• Certifications in PMI / FPX, Green/Black Belt are a plus.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 6 years in supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or related fields.
• ERP/TMS system experience, project management, and global project experience.
• Experience in business process mapping, scenario planning, and system implementation.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
