Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a Kansas PE license or the ability to obtain one, and at least 10 years of related experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes health, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in transportation, traffic, or civil engineering.
- Ability to obtain Kansas PE license within four months.
- Experience with state DOT and local municipality projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Practice Lead for municipal and DOT projects.
- Oversee team work efforts for project accuracy and quality.
- Mentor and train staff on project goals and resource management.
- Prepare proposals and contract documents for projects.
- Develop strong client and peer relationships.
- Represent the company at industry meetings.
