Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects’ Springfield office is seeking a Civil PE with experience in transportation infrastructure, including streets, highways, and interstates.

You will perform roadway design and modeling using Microstation/OpenRoads, lead project tasks, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and subconsultants on projects primarily in Missouri and Kansas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Kansas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 4–7 years’ experience designing streets/highways per regulations.
• Ability to work with engineers and technicians.
• Background in traffic engineering design is helpful.
• Experience in CAD utilizing Microstation.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadway design and modeling with Microstation/OpenRoads.
• Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects.
• Primarily work on Missouri and Kansas projects with regional opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with peers, senior staff, and clients.
