Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Transportation Planner to manage the load tendering process with contract carriers through the TMS system. You will coordinate carrier awards, lane assignments, and dock scheduling while working with senior managers to increase capacity across lanes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics, strong communication skills, and experience with TMS and Office tools. This on-site role offers growth within a large beverage distribution network and opportunities across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least two years of college.
• 2+ years in a logistics or transportation role preferred.
• Experience with TMS systems (Oracle, BluJay, others).
• Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely loading/unloading of carriers.
• Coordinate dock scheduling with Plant and DC personnel.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning on transportation sourcing and availability.
• Monitor carrier performance and regional conditions; report issues to Leadership.
• Track transportation costs and adhere to routing guides to maximize service and cost.
• Provide backup support for Transportation team members as needed.
