Job summary

BENTELER Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage multi-modal inbound and outbound transportation for pipe products in our manufacturing environment. You will coordinate with vetted carriers, prepare reports, and ensure SAP/Bill of Lading alignment with SOPs.

The role requires familiarity with TMS, SAP, and MS Office, plus strong communication and teamwork abilities. Join a global team and contribute to safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Transportation Management or equivalent education/experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience with safety programs and incident accountability.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Familiar with TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multi-modal daily inbound and outbound transportation activities for bundle and threaded pipe and other materials as requested.
• Schedule and tender inbound and outbound transportation based on approved vetted Benteler transportation providers.
• Provide daily report to leadership regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with IT to address SAP issues and work with management to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure proper SAP and Bill of Lading functions per SOP.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining SOPs and reducing manual tasks.
• Assist Shipping Supervisor and Logistics Manager as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas.
