Job summary

Schneider National in Green Bay is seeking a Transportation Planner to match drivers and equipment to customer loads within a defined market. You will work with operations, customer service, sales and pricing to ensure efficient load planning and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include using market data to base decisions, communicating clearly to ensure on-time freight, collaborating with multiple teams, and analyzing shipping trends to identify improvements in your market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of transportation or truck dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good at problem solving.
• Able to work with a variety of teams.
