ManpowerGroup is partnering with a leading consumer packaged goods company in Hoboken, NJ to hire a Transportation Planner. The role focuses on managing transportation operations across the factory network, ensuring on-time shipments and service excellence while driving continuous improvement in a dynamic network.

The candidate will leverage Excel, Power BI, and integrated systems to create reporting, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with customers, warehouses, and carriers to optimize distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics and supply chain experience (or 6 years without a Bachelor’s).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, and integrated business systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering results on time.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading consumer packaged goods company , is seeking a Transportation Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have transportation and supply chain experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to manage logistics operations while driving service, efficiency, and continuous improvement across a dynamic transportation network.

Job Title: Transportation Planner

Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid)

Contract: 1 Year

Pay Range: $23 - $27 hourly

• Manage transportation operations across Unilever’s factory network, ensuring optimal service and execution for customer shipments.
• Partner with customers, warehouses, carriers, and logistics providers to support on-time delivery and operational excellence.
