Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager, PD&E to guide planning and development of transportation infrastructure across Florida, including major arterials, highways, and transit projects. You will supervise teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure schedules are met while collaborating with leadership.

You will lead multi-disciplinary efforts, pursue client opportunities, and contribute to concept development, reports, and studies, strengthening client relationships and delivering high‑quality

Qualifications

• 10+ progressive civil engineering highway/roadway transportation planning and/or design experience.
• Proven experience managing all aspects of roadway infrastructure development including PD&E studies.
• Experience in successful project pursuits including identifying opportunities and client engagement.
• Thorough understanding of codes, legal and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead a team on multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing technical discipline teams and managing transportation PD&E projects.
• Client development and pursuit coordination, proposal preparation.
• Serve as senior technical lead in concepts, reports, and studies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow our people and projects.
• Develop value‑added solutions and lead contracts for engineering and consulting services.
• Increase the company profile within the transportation industry through professional involvement.
