A leading company in the parts supply industry is seeking a Parts Coordinator. The role involves managing parts inventory, processing incoming supplies, and ensuring proper documentation. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical skills and a Class A CDL, coupled with strong communication abilities.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Varying hours)
Wages: Commensurate with qualifications
The employee is responsible for ordering and receiving parts, ensuring proper data entries are recorded in the system, and organizing the parts areas. Employee will create Repair Orders, administer warranty programs, and generate documentation for accounts payable and receivable.
Frequent lifting and twisting are required. Heavy lifting may be necessary. Wear PPE and other safety equipment as required.
Must meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and lifting up to eight hours daily. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Mechanical skills for equipment repair. Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Air Brake endorsement preferred.
Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check required.
