Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Preferred: 1+ years of process improvement, Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site leadership on quality and Customer Experience metrics, including root cause analysis.
• Streamline logistics in the operation through standard work and team leadership.
• Support and commit to safety programs and OSHA compliance for associates.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
