Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation operations across a distribution or transportation facility, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
• Develop priorities, set expectations, and monitor performance against key metrics.
• Balance service, cost, capacity, and productivity while meeting customer needs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Fleet and other stakeholders to deliver results.
• Drive budgets and financial performance by monitoring expenses and asset use.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and act to improve service.
• Respond to emergencies and disruptions, coordinating routes and resources.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing teams, enabling career growth.
• Address escalations with urgency and partner to implement durable solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
