Qualifications

• CDL B with Airbrake and Passenger Endorsement.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Current DOT Medical Certificate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Prior experience in transportation or dispatch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with Operations Managers and drivers to ensure professional communication across all levels.
• Manage yard logistics, including assigning parking stalls and electric bus chargers, and schedule maintenance with the team.
• Serve as the primary contact for drivers reporting events, incidents, or emergencies, responding quickly and appropriately.
• Document and manage all incidents and client complaints per client standards and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Prepare and distribute time-sensitive client reports, filtering daily events into concise, actionable information.
• Perform essential administrative duties, including manual data entry, record keeping, and tracking daily ridership; use Excel and Outlook for reporting.
• Ensure safety and compliance by performing field inspections (bus and driver) and auditing driver vehicle inspection reports.
