Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer key performance metrics and objectives.
• Interact daily with local customer to understand needs.
• Lead team to identify operational improvements (route optimization, carrier selection, backhauls, trailer loading).
• Collaborate with other Penske sites to share best practices and leverage resources.
