Responsibilities

• Establish and implement ARAMARK CT Services per standardized procedures.
• Improve CT Services efficiency based on QPE results and action plans.
• Manage routines to meet operation objectives and budgets.
• Conduct Safety training to promote a safe workplace.
• Train supervisors and staff per JST and JSR programs.
• Maintain internal communication and collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to meet requirements.
• Provide financial forecasts and monitor spending within budget.
• Develop staffing and manage performance of subordinates.
