Job summary

Aramark in California seeks a Central Transportation (CT) Operations Manager to oversee the CT Services program, ensuring client expectations are met while adhering to established budget guidelines.

Responsibilities include program implementation, efficiency improvements, staff training, safety leadership, and client communication to deliver reliable CT services. MS Office proficiency and 3–5 years related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: College's degree or above.
• Work Experience: Managerial experience of at least 3 years, related work experience of at least 5 years in foreign property management company, hotel or office building are preferred.
• Vocational Qualifications: Have relevant professional knowledge and working knowledge of Central Transportation.
• Computer & Language: Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); No specific requirements in foreign language.
• Competency: Customer service oriented; strong communication; ability to work under pressure; teamwork; integrity and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Establish and organize the implementation of the ARAMARK CT Services program per ARAMARK procedures.
• Improve working efficiency and CT Services programs based on QPE results and action plans.
• Manage routines and improvements to meet operation objectives.
• Conduct Safety training to enhance safety awareness and provide a safe workplace.
• Train and develop supervisors and staff per JST/JSR training programs.
• Maintain internal communication and collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
• Establish communication with clients to meet or exceed requirements.
• Provide financial forecast, monitor spending, and stay within budget.
• Build team and manage staffing and performance.
