Qualifications

• Education: College degree or above.
• Managerial experience: at least 3 years.
• Experience in foreign property management, hotel or office building preferred.
• Proficient MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Establish and organize CT Services program per ARAMARK procedures.
• Improve CT program efficiency based on QPE results and action plans.
• Manage routines and improvements to meet objectives.
• Conduct safety training to improve safety awareness.
• Train and develop supervisors and staff per JST/JSR programs.
• Maintain good internal communication and collaboration for smooth operations.
• Establish client communication to meet/exceed requirements.
• Provide financial forecast and monitor spending within budget.
• Build team and manage staffing and performance.
