Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or 1 year Walmart Logistics/transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize transportation services to ensure timely, safe deliveries.
• Set goals, manage staffing and scheduling, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to meet facility goals.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to drive productivity.
• Ensure training on logistics policies, monitor compliance, and maintain documentation.
• Address concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers with recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, participating in hiring and evaluations.
• Coordinate with service shops and local offices to ensure equipment availability for maintenance.
