Job summary

Rite of Passage in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Transportation Officer to join the Palm Beach Youth Academy's Student Services Team. You will primarily transport students to and from off-site appointments and work under the Transportation Coordinator or related supervisor.

Required are a High School diploma, valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to pass background checks, drug screening, TB test, and child abuse registry search.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year working with youth in a child welfare or agency setting.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License and clean record.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Transport students to and from the site for off-site appointments.
• Report to the Transportation Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or Executive Administrative Assistant.

What you will do:

The Transportation Officer works as a member of the Student Services Team.Primarily responsible for transporting students to and from the site for off-site appointments. Depending on location, the Transportation Officer reports to the Transportation Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator or Executive Administrative Assistant.

To be considered you should:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year working with youth in a child welfare or agency setting
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Driver's License and clean record
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and TB test

Schedule:

Monday through Friday *Schedule subject to change based on the need of the program*
