• 2 years of experience with automated Materials Management/Inventory Management Systems to research heavy equipment parts and/or construction materials; compile, analyze, and evaluate product data, write specifications, prepare solicitations, analyze bids and select vendors; purchase inventory.
• Experience using various software applications (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) to research, update and report on inventory.
• Accounting experience to analyze costs, invoicing and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Purchase, inventory, fixed asset management, contracts, specifications, disposal, and disbursement of parts and materials within the Materials Management Plan guidelines.
• Support procurement processes and maintain accuracy of purchasing records.
• Assist with inventory reporting and compliance requirements.
