Responsibilities

Develop and implement transportation strategies, policies, and procedures for efficient, cost-effective distribution.
Oversee daily ops of transportation, including route planning and vehicle scheduling.
Manage and maintain fleet conditions and safety compliance.
Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate delivery activities.
Identify process improvements to reduce costs and delays.
Ensure compliance with DOT and transportation regulations.
Train and supervise transportation staff with coaching and feedback.
