Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations governing transportation.
• Previous experience in transportation management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Transportation Division profit and loss.
• Establish and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
• Evaluate reports on truck and freight movements to improve service.
• Develop efficient equipment and personnel schedules.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance and recommend capital investments.
• Investigate causes of delays and implement preventive actions.
• Review shipper/customer complaints and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State Transportation regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize routes and schedules.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to meet standards.
