Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of CDL Training with classroom and OJT hours.
• 1 year of over-the-road commercial driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive tractor trailer combination to transport and deliver product.
• Manage competing priorities.
• Effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• Drive truck safely and courteously.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain ELD according to DOT regulations.
• Complete driver portion of bills of lading and other documents.
• Ensure load is properly positioned and secured.

Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Completion of CDL Training: 150 classroom hours and 50 OJT (Driving) hours

1 year of over-the-road commercial driving experience
