Reporting to the Transportation & Logistics Supervisor, you will work with carriers, procurement, and customer service to keep shipments moving smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in transportation, shipping, or logistics support.
• Experience using TMS or ERP software preferred; knowledge of shipping docs and freight terminology.
• Familiarity with DOT and safety regulations is a plus.

• Enter shipment data into TMS/ERP systems accurately.

Reporting to the Transportation & Logistics Supervisor, this position is responsible for ensuring accurate shipment planning, tracking deliveries, managing documentation, and maintaining communication with carriers and internal stakeholders.This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure transportation operations run smoothly, safely, and on time. The Specialist will work closely with the logistics team to support the timely and cost-effective movement of goods while adhering to compliance and safety standards.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a transportation, shipping, or logistics support role, with 2+ years preferred. Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or ERP software is preferred, along with knowledge of shipping documentation and freight terminology. Familiarity with DOT and safety regulations is a plus.Travel: up to 10% depending on business needsWork Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
