Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, logistics, supply chain, distribution management, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of logistics planning, transportation, distribution, or related experience.
• Certification and/or License may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dry and refrigerated truckload, LTL, and specialized freight movements.
• Plan and prepare schedules balancing carrier and customer needs with load efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, brokers, and transportation providers.
• Communicate with plant personnel and carriers to resolve shipment issues and changes.
• Ensure freight is scheduled and executed per customer requirements and warehouse capacity.
• Record and reconcile transactions in the transportation management system daily.
• Assist with or perform demand forecasts for peak delivery periods.
• Support carrier onboarding by coordinating contracts and compliance requirements.
